get CPS stuff!
CPS Just Say Yes booklets and posters are free to teens. Like most not-for-profit organizations, CPS is always in need of funds. Therefore, we ask organizations and adults to make a donation to cover the cost of printing and mailing CPS materials. From now until April 3, 2011, you can make a donation to CPS using your credit card online at IndieGoGo. Click here to find our page on their site.
To order, print this page and mail it along with your donation (checks payable to CPS or small amounts of cash are OK, too). CPS is in the process of moving--please contact us via email before sending in your order: positive (at) positive.org.
If you do not have access to a printer, simply write us a letter providing your name, organization and address along with which items you would like to purchase. Before placing an order, email us.
